Established in 1972, The Airline Academy has gained recognition as one of the finest aviation training facilities, (also known as a Flight Attendant School or a Flight Attendant Training school), in the world, with students having attended from over 63 countries in addition to all fifty states. In 1995, customer service, flight attendant, and aircraft dispatch training were added to the curriculum to meet the continuing personnel needs of the commercial airline industry. All training is conducted at the Daytona Beach International Airport located on the Atlantic coast of Florida.
The Airline Academy Instructors have been carefully selected. They have extensive industry experience with major carriers including Delta Airlines, Piedmont Airlines & US Airways. The focus is on the students and providing the most comprehensive training available. There are 12 students to each instructor, offering a state of the art, individualized education.
Our flight attendant students train at the multi-million dollar JetBlue University in Orlando, Florida. This includes a full motion simulator meeting FAR 121 standards.
Our Dispatch instructors hold the highest level of FAA licenses including an Airline Transport Pilots License and FAR 121 certification.
