Gate Agent & Customer Service Classrooms

The Gate Agent/Reservations portion of our training is conducted in the terminal of the Daytona Beach International Airport. 

We have our own check-in counter which is used for role-playing exercises in customer service. 

Additionally, we maintain two classrooms each equipped with computers linked to a live version of the SABRE Reservation system.  Graduates well versed in SABRE will adapt easily to any of the other reservation systems currently used by airlines.

We maintain a student/teacher ratio of 12:1, insuring plenty of individualized attention.
