The Flight Attendant and Customer Service Program is conducted in three consecutive phases and provides a broad range of information about the entire airline industry. This course develops the necessary technical skills and base of knowledge needed by the student to qualify and have the competitive edge for a wide range of entry-level positions within the airline industry. This five week course combines intensive flight attendant training, airline fundamentals and a full understanding of the SABRE reservations system. You will receive hands on experience in the most challenging elements of the airline industry.
