- At least 18 years old (depending on the airline)
- At least 20/30 vision with glasses or contact lenses
- Full use of all five senses
- Good general health and physically fit
- Height-weight proportionate
- Most common height requirement is at least 4ft 11in
- No facial piercings or gauges – 1 earlobe piercing per ear
- No visible tattoos
- Well groomed with suitable hygiene

PHYSICAL
BACKGROUND/CITIZENSHIP/ID
- No felony convictions, driving under the influence (DUI) convictions within the last 10 years. You must pass a federal background check as well
- Citizen or legal resident of the U.S.
- Identification: government-issued photo ID, a social security card or a valid passport
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LANGUAGE
- Customer service experience preferred – in some cases it’s mandatory
- Must have the ability to speak, read, write and be understood in English
- High school diploma or GED
