Refund Policy for Resident Tuition Balance

If cancellation is requested more than 30 days prior to the scheduled resident training date, 100% of the resident tuition balance will be refunded.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled resident training date are non-refundable.

If a student is dropped, withdrawn, or administratively removed from the program due to inactivity, non-payment, failure to meet program requirements, or violation of school policies, the resident tuition balance is non-refundable. Any approved credit toward a future class date will be issued solely at the discretion of The Airline Academy and must be used within 12 months.
