By consistently providing well trained, qualified candidates The Airline Academy is recognized as an industry leader in successfully placing personnel in a wide variety of airline positions.
Our placement team is committed to providing our students and graduates with the absolute best level of service.
While no school, college or university can guarantee employment, The Airline Academy takes pride in our many successes with over 65 airlines hiring our graduates.
In addition, we maintain a Career Job Board that is available to each and every one of our graduates with an up-to-date list of available jobs, including airline, position, location and requirements.
PREPARED
While in class, customer service & flight attendant students will learn and apply skills to help with job seeking. Including:
- Writing a top-notch resume
- Training in airline specific interviewing skills
- One-on-one meetings with our Director of Placement to determine employment interests and priorities
OPPORTUNITIES
Upon successful completion, graduates receive up-to-date information on hiring airlines, available positions, locations, age requirements, and application instructions. This resource is updated monthly and can be requested as often as needed. Graduates also receive email notifications about open-house events in their preferred cities, providing direct access to career opportunities.

Do you guarantee me a job after graduation?
No school, college, or university can guarantee employment, and we won’t promise you something we can’t deliver. What we can tell you is that 67 airlines have hired our graduates, we maintain an 86% confirmed placement rate, and our placement assistance doesn’t expire after graduation, it’s there for life. Airline recruiters attend every class in person, and it’s common for two-thirds of our graduating class to already have a job offer before they walk out the door.

How does the Career Job Board work?
Every graduate gets access to an up-to-date list of open positions, including airline, location, requirements, and how to apply. It’s updated monthly and available to you anytime.
Which airlines hire your graduates?
67 airlines and counting. Your placement team will share the most current list, along with locations and requirements, once you’re enrolled.
Will I work with a real person on my job search?
You’ll have one-on-one meetings with our Director of Placement to talk through your interests and priorities, on top of resume and interview prep built into your training.
What happens if I don't get hired right away?
We provide continuous placement assistance after graduation. You’ll keep getting job board updates and email notifications about open-house events in your preferred cities.
Do you help with interview prep too?
You’ll get training in airline-specific interview skills and resume building as part of your program, well before you sit down with a recruiter.
