While no school, college or university can guarantee employment, The Airline Academy takes pride in our many successes with over 65 airlines hiring our graduates.
In addition, we maintain a Career Job Board that is available to each and every one of our graduates with an up-to-date list of available jobs, including airline, position, location and requirements.

While in class, customer service & flight attendant students will learn and apply skills to help with job seeking. Including:
- Writing a top-notch resume
- Training in airline specific interviewing skills
- One-on-one meetings with our Director of Placement to determine employment interests and priorities

Upon successful completion, graduates receive up-to-date information on hiring airlines, available positions, locations, age requirements, and application instructions. This resource is updated monthly and can be requested as often as needed. Graduates also receive email notifications about open-house events in their preferred cities, providing direct access to career opportunities.

General Requirements for being a Flight Attendant
Each airline has its own set of qualifications, so it’s essential to research the specific requirements of the airline you are interested in. Generally, airlines look for candidates who are at least 18 or 21 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and have legal authorization to work in the country where they will be based. Additionally, some airlines may require fluency in more than one language.
Physical Requirements
Being a flight attendant is physically demanding, so good physical shape is essential. Most airlines have certain height and weight requirements and specific vision and hearing standards. These requirements ensure that flight attendants can perform their duties effectively and safely.
