No school, college, or university can guarantee employment, and we won’t promise something we can’t deliver. What we can tell you is that 65+ airlines have hired our graduates, and The Airline Academy maintains an 85% confirmed placement rate. Eligible students may have opportunities to interview on-site with participating airlines during resident training, allowing them to begin the hiring process before graduation. Historically, approximately two-thirds of our graduating students receive airline job offers within the first week after completing the program.

Yes. Interview preparation is built into the program and includes airline-specific interview techniques, common interview formats and questions, STAR-method preparation, appearance and professionalism guidelines, and guidance for video, virtual, and in-person interviews. Students also receive resume development and preparation for the different stages of the airline hiring process.
